Goldensperfection is a luxury hair and wig brand founded in 2019. Specializing in premium customized wigs, raw hair, bundles and HD lace. Every piece is selected and handcrafted ensuring the highest quality, longevity and versatility.

Goldensperfection is based in Almere, The Netherlands.
Are your hair collections 100% human hair?
We provide a range of Raw hair including Indian and Vietnamese options, along with our high quality Caribbean curl and Island curl collections. Detailed specifications for each product can be found their individual product pages.
Can I colour the hair?
Our hair can be coloured, but results may vary based on the processing methods used. We highly recommend having your hairpieces or luxury wigs professionally coloured and maintained for the best results.
Can I bleach the hair?
Goldensperfection hair collections can be bleached. Please keep in mind that chemically processing can affect the condition and texture of the hair. Professional treatment is recommended for the best results.
How long does the hair last?
The lifespan of your hair depends on how often it is worn, how it is maintained and whether it has been chemically treated. With proper care and maintenance, our quality hair can be reused and enjoyed for a long time.
How long does my order take?
Processing time may vary depending on the product and this is stated on the product page. Please note that processing time is separate from the shipping transit time.
Shipping takes 3-5 working days.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make a change to your order. Once an order has been processed, personalised or specifically made according to your requirements, cancellations may no longer be possible where a legal exception applies.
Can I order a custom wig?
We offer custom wigs tailored to your preferred length, lace, colour, styling and other specifications. Available options and any additional costs will be discussed with you before your custom order is confirmed.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. Goldensperfection ships to various countries worldwide. Available shipping options and costs are displayed during checkout.
Are customs duties and import fees included?
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country are the customers responsibility unless otherwise stated during checkout.
What if my order is delayed?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking information where available. If your order experiences an unexpected delay, please contact us and we will be happy to assist you.
With delays from our end you will be informed through e-mail.
For online consumer purchases, a statutory 14 day cooling off period generally applies. Certain legal exceptions may apply, including to some personalised or made to order products.

Can I return a custom wig?
If a wig has been specifically made according to your personal specifications, the legal exception for personalised products may apply. The applicable return conditions will be communicated where relevant before your order is confirmed.
What if my order arrives damaged or not correct?
Please contact us as soon as possible and provide clear photos of the product and packaging where applicable. We will review the situation carefully and work with you towards an appropriate solution. Your statutory consumer rights always remain applicable.
Proper care is essential for maintaining the quality and longevity of your hair. Use suitable haircare products, handle the hair gently and avoid unnecessary heat or chemical treatments. For our curly and coily collections, we recommend paying extra attention to hydration, gentle detangling. When detangling always start with finger detangling and then use the detangling brush.
Goldensperfection offers professional wig making, styling and one-on-one classes for different experience levels.
Which class is right for me?
Our classes differ in level, duration and content. Both theory and practical techniques are covered during the training. Please visit the individual class pages for the current programme and what is included in each package.
