What is your shipping time?
The temporary delivery time for individual hairpieces is up to 10 working days. For our custom-made dyed wigs, the processing time is 10 to 15 working days. This may vary depending on wigs already in stock or if a coloring service is booked.
What is your return policy?
In the event of any problems with the hair within the first 30 days, we kindly request that you send proof in the form of a video or photo to goldenperfection@outlook.com. This will allow us to provide a quick solution. You will then receive either a new product or a refund.
How long does it take to receive a ready to wear wig?
The ready-to-wear wigs are made especially for you with the correct head measurements, plucked hairline, and bleached bun. This takes a minimum of 10–15 working days. If you have ordered the Limited Edition units, you can find the exact processing time in the description. If the customer wishes to add a specific color, an additional processing day of up to 5 working days will be added.
What payment options are available?
Orders from our collection must be paid for online. For installations, you may pay the remaining amount in cash or by debit card.
How can I cancel my order?
Contact us by email with the order number and reason for cancellation at goldenperfection@outlook.com. Please note that we cannot cancel orders that have already been cut or dyed.
